To guarantee the highest quality and performance, many of our robotic parts and sensor modules are calibrated or configured specifically for your application. Because of this specialized, made-to-order approach, we cannot accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped. 
We understand that clarity is key. Therefore, we ask that you carefully verify all specifications before finalizing your purchase. Should you have any pre-sale questions or post-sale concerns about your specific item—including potential warranty claims—our customer success team is ready to assist you. Damages and issues

To ensure any problems are addressed quickly and efficiently, please adhere to the following procedure upon receiving your shipment:

​Inspection Upon Receipt:​​ Carefully examine the product and its packaging for any visible signs of damage, defects, or discrepancies compared to your order.

​Immediate Notification:​​ If you identify an issue, you must contact us within 2 business days of the delivery date. Reports filed after this period may not be accepted.

​Provide Evidence:​​ When contacting us, please include clear photographs or a video of the product, its packaging, and the shipping label. This evidence is crucial for us to assess the claim and file one with the logistics provider on your behalf.

Our Commitment:​​ Our goal is to “make it right.” We will work diligently to diagnose the problem and propose a fair solution, which may include sending a replacement, providing a partial refund, or covering repair costs.

Refund

Please be advised of our refund policy:
​Standard Orders:​​ For cancellations made prior to shipment, a full refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. A refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method only if the cancellation request is made before the order enters the production phase.
Customized Products:​​ All orders for bespoke or customized items are final and cannot be refunded once placed, as they are uniquely configured for your requirements.
For successful refunds, please allow time for the credit to be posted by your financial institution. Thank you for your trust and support!
